Refund Policy

1. General Refund Rules

At Expert Digital India, we strive to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital marketing and IT services, we have specific refund rules applied to our various service packages.

2. No Refunds on Completed Services

Once a service has been fully rendered or a project phase has been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued for that particular phase or completed work.

3. Cancellation and Partial Refunds

  • If you decide to cancel a project within 48 hours of payment before any work has commenced, a full refund (minus gateway charges) may be issued.
  • If work has already commenced, we will calculate the billable hours or resources used and refund the remaining balance, if any.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at our official email address with your payment details and the reason for the cancellation. Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
