Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our digital marketing services (SEO, Web Development, Social Media, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and pitch tailored digital solutions.
- Generate strong leads and set up meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client details in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or BPO (Experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales is a big plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
